OUR HISTORY
Founder Tyler Sisitsky started out in the trades learning about heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in a vocational program while attending high school. After tech/high school he went on to get an Associates Degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technologies from a state university in upstate New York. After graduating he moved to Maryland and got a job working for an HVAC company located outside of bucolic St. Michaels. While in the HVAC industry he learned the ins and outs of HVAC operation working as a service and installation technician as well as a systems control specialist, eventually acquiring his MD HVAC Journeyman’s license. After working on many new construction and large renovation projects he began taking an interest in the building and planning aspects of the construction world. He soon left the comforts of the service van to don a tool belt and worked as a freelance carpenter for a builder who had an extensive background in general contracting and construction. While under the tutelage of the master builder Tyler functioned as an integral part of major renovation, remodel, and new construction projects. Tyler eventually went off on his own performing various home repairs, remodels, and renovations. His work load steadily grew, with the projects getting larger in scope and his customer base growing briskly. In 2013 TCS Enterprises Inc. was officially founded and hit the ground running. Today TCS is an efficient team of building professionals who contain a large skillset in a diverse range of trades and crafts. We cater to our clients needs and expectations and aim to achieve long term relationships grounded in honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
